Since 1995, Kalola & Company, Inc. has been the leading property management resource in Central Illinois. We are a female and family owned and operated business, providing property management and commercial cleaning services to numerous private and public facilities. We employ 85 part time staff and 15 full time executive and supervisory staff. Our present portfolio consists of nearly 2 million square feet of office, industrial, and commercial buildings.

Our attention to detail and our focus on complete customer satisfaction sets us aside from all the others. We provide the very best in janitorial services, state-of-the-art equipment, and commercial janitorial suppies to successfully tackle any custodial job. We engage a full complement of services pertaining to structural upkeep and preventative maintenance.
