Communication with Kalola & Company

The communication relationship between the client and Kalola & Company is the key to a successful relationship. In order to provide the very best in services, we take the client's feedback very seriously. We have implemented various communication tools to insure that the client is fully satisfied and informed of the successful execution of our property management services.

Kalola & Company has a 24-hour emergency contact phone number, voicemail, and website with the capability to contact us through text messages and email. Our Site Supervisor will be in daily contact with the client and conduct weekly one-on-one meetings in order to receive feedback and to update the client to the progression of our services.

Our Site Supervisors are in constant communication with the President and Vice President of Operations to go over quality control issues and client complaints and requests. At any time clients can arrange a meeting with the President or Vice President of Operations to address any concerns that may require additional action.
